Amy Miller Yoga Dorking - I am a '200 Hour Yoga Alliance' teacher, specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Rhythm, based in Dorking & Reigate Surrey. My dynamic classes are designed both for fitness - helping you reach your physical goals; and also for stress reduction - helping you cope with the pressures of the 21st Century. All my open classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications given at every step so both beginners and advanced students alike feel they are getting something out of the classes. I also offer 1:1 sessions which are perfect if you want to get that little bit extra from your classes for example if you have an injury or if you have a specific fitness goal. Private groups are another alternative if you would like to take classes with your friends or colleagues - for example groups of runners or cyclists.
