I am qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Rhythm - focusing on breath and alignment. The open classes are dynamic and are designed so that all levels are catered for, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student.

You will find all under one roof everything that you need to keep in good physical and mental health. There is a full timetable of yoga and Pilates, along with physiotherapy, massage therapy and reflexology.
