Regardless of your level of experience, you will find value from my classes. All my open sessions are suitable for all levels, with modifications given at every step which means you will always feel included, comfortable and safe.
Perhaps you would rather practice 1:1 in the comfort of your own home either because you would like a more targeted approach, or because you would like to learn the basics before you join a class - not a problem, I travel!
