Facial yoga is a technique that uses a combination of massage, acupressure and exercises, and has a wide range of both physical and mental benefits.
Workshops:
I run regular workshops (see 'Workshops' tab for current list) which combines the facial yoga technique with traditional restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation.
1:1 Sessions:
For a more targeted approach, especially if you are interested in the more ascthetic side of facial yoga, 1:1 sessions are ideal. You will have an initial consultation and then treatments following that, depending on what is required. You will also be given exercises to do at home and each course of treatment is entirely bespoke to your needs.
