What Is Facial Yoga?


Facial yoga is a technique that uses a combination of massage, acupressure and exercises, and has a wide range of both physical and mental benefits. 

  • Releases muscles that are caused by tension, thereby helping to relieve stress
  • Helps prevent and cure headaches and eye strain
  • Increases circulation, drains excess fluid, stimulates production of collagen & elastin
  • Targets the deep facial muscles encouraging them to lift and tighten, working as a non-surgical facelift
  • Improves the appearance of lines and wrinkles
  • Encourages the flow of prana (or chi)
  • Cultivates a deep sense of wellbeing and relaxation




I run regular workshops (see 'Workshops' tab for current list) which combines the facial yoga technique with traditional restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation. 


1:1 Sessions:


For a more targeted approach, especially if you are interested in the more ascthetic side of facial yoga, 1:1 sessions are ideal. You will have an initial consultation and then treatments following that, depending on what is required. You will also be given exercises to do at home and each course of treatment is entirely bespoke to your needs.
